Who we are

This website is operated as an introduction service. We connect customers with Gas Safe registered heating engineers. We do not carry out gas work ourselves.

What we collect

If you call or email us we will receive whatever you choose to tell us: typically your name, contact details, property address or postcode, and a description of the problem. We do not collect payment card details and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to pass your enquiry to a Gas Safe registered engineer who can carry out the work. Our lawful basis is your consent, and where work follows, the performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry with the Gas Safe registered engineer who will handle the work. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up. Compliance records relating to gas safety checks are kept in line with the statutory retention period described on our gas safety page.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
