Lines are open around the clock for emergencies. Routine servicing and quotes are arranged in normal working hours.
If you smell gas, do not use this website. Do not touch electrical switches and do not use a phone indoors. Open windows, turn the gas off at the meter if you can reach it safely, leave the property, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 from outside. That line is free and answered 24 hours a day.
If you are a landlord or letting agent
Say so when you call, and mention how many properties you have and which of them are due. Portfolio work is quoted per property, and we can hold the compliance dates for you so a CP12 does not lapse on your watch.
